enthusiast’s dream come true: pure driving bliss on the
rolling hills and never-ending curves characteristic of
the Italian countryside. The Platinum Ferrari experience

Your driving experience begins in Italy, where
you will be greeted and escorted to a centrally-located,
exclusive hotel in the heart of the city. After settling into
your room or suite you will meet privately with your
Ferrari tour director, who will share with you the keys to
harnessing the power and magic of this incredible
driving machine. Following a brief familiarization with
Italian road laws and your tour agenda, the next
morning your own Ferrari will be delivered to the front
door of the hotel for your private driving pleasure.
You will then settle behind the wheel and live out your driving dream as you follow the lead car beyond the ancient
city gates of Florence or Rome and into the winding country roads of sun-kissed Tuscany and Piedmont. Possible
agendas include fascinating pit stops in Orvieto, Portofino, Casale Monferrato, Alba, Siena, Pienza, Florence and
the medieval tower town of San Gimignano, where veritable feasts of Italian gourmet cuisine will await you. Every
evening will find you and your Ferrari luxuriously accommodated in private villas of historic significance.
"So," you may ask, "what about putting my foot to the pedal and racing my Ferrari?!" If speed is what you crave, you
can also opt to include a private race car instruction course. At one of Italy’s private race tracks, you’ll be matched
up with a professional who will train you to safely race your machine to victory.

Wine tasting
Gennaro, your sommelier for the evening, is now a member of the Italian order of the sommelier and his wine cellar holds more than 100 different wines, but focuses on wine of the Campania region. The wines will be served with typical cheese and salami of the region and combined with wines and helped with honey and balsamic vinegar. Gennaro will show you 3 different wines of the region, 1 white, 2 red and a wine for the cheese and cake. An experience with him will be memorable. And perhaps, life changing with the knowledge that he will pass on to you!
Cooking Lesson
The cooking course is held in a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen on a terrace in Ravello. The celebrity chef's extraordinary gift for homestyle cooking with regional ingredients comes across in everything she prepares. This is a "demonstration" cooking course where you will learn about the natural ingredients used, which are picked fresh the very same morning of each class. The Italian garden is located below the terrace, so each participant can also learn about growing the organic vegetables. On the same level is a small farm with free-range chickens, turkeys and rabbits.
Traditional dishes will include antipasti, pastas, breads, seasonal vegetable dishes as well as meat dishes. Last but not least are the cakes and marmalades! All the recipes will be clearly demonstrated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. After the class, participants share in the beautiful meal, and enjoy the local wines of the Amalfi region.
